Thank you to all the team at UBS. They didn’t simply build us an “investment house”...they built us a beautiful home. From the very first moment we stepped into the sales office, through to walking into our newly completed home at handover, we knew we had chosen correctly with UBS. Being able to customise our home without hassle or additional cost was fantastic. The communication between all parties was faultless. We had a couple of obstacles along the way which is the usual when you’re building, but Josh and the boys had a solution straight away which took the headache away from us. Any issues were quickly identified and resolved - usually before we were even aware of them. Chantelle was fantastic with the colour selection. There was constant communication, so we knew where we were at the whole way along. It is evident that every trade involved in our build had a sense of pride in their work. Josh and the crew went above and beyond to ensure that quality and finish were never compromised. There were no surprises in the final cost either, every detail and cost was accounted for before we even began the build. I would highly recommend the team at UBS - they were exceptional! At the end of the build we had a real estate agent walk through and he too was amazed at the quality and finish and as a result added more value to the re-sale value. We won’t hesitate to recommend UBS or use again should we decide to build again.
