Our new residential home design at Lot 40 Barclay Boulevard is a dark and clean home design from the outside. The facade features a uniform and dark brick, followed by timber styled features such as the front entrace door and roof trim, along with the smart-looking garage door. This is further enhanced by the black window trim, which further emboldens the design of the home.

The inner home design is a mix of bright and dark, featuring dark timber styled flooring, along with timber styled cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms and other areas of the home. The bright white walls give the home plenty of light and gives the floor an even greater impact. The features through the home from the kitchen sink, handles, and showerhead are all a clean black which stands out from the white and timber styled design.
