Our new residential home design at Lot 30 Barclay Bvd is a compact and simple home, perfect for a small family or the investor looking to build simple small homes for tenants. The facade features a dark brick which let’s the rest of the front of the house design stand out such as the timber door and timber trim at the top of the house.

Inside the home design, we created a clean white style which brings in the light. The entire home features the same style of colouring, keeping that simple clean feel.
